I'm on Jeep number 5. 4 of which where Wranglers. I was lucky enough to purchase my first ever brand new Jeep Wrangler this past Saturday. I couldn't be happier. No pressure sales from Shane & they made the numbers work. I hope the service garage is as good!
They never paid off my loan for the car I traded in. When no one would answer my countless messages, I had to use my day off to show up in person for some answers. Along with not taking care of the finances appropriately, my insurance company was never notified of the new vehicle. Just one more thing I had to take care of myself on my day off. I don't recommend anyone do business here. The slogan should be "Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep, we're gonna screw you over" because you definitely have not "won me over" as the jingle goe... read more
If you choose to do business with this dealership I would encourage you to be very careful and deliberate. Do not accept anything that you are told at face value. Get everything in writing. Once they get your money, their attitude WILL change. Do not expect them to do the right thing. As unpleasant as it may sound you must treat them like used car salesmen.
