Sales staff was good.. bought a 2014 Wrangler with 26000 miles.. it's been in and out of the shop now 5 times since august. I bought it while I was on vacation.. on the way home it started to tick.. brought it into the local dealer here in Ohio and myrtle beach Jeep didn't do any inspection on it what so ever.. the oil was like tar.. axle seals were leaking.. along with a list of other stuff.: even if you're buying a newer vehicle check it over! Because their service department apparently don't!
The customer service was excellent!!! We had a toddler running around during this process, John and Andy went above and beyond and made it efficient, quick, and painlesss as possible. I'm super satisfied with everything and especially excited about my new car!!! They pinpointed the car that had everything I wanted and needed, especially with my job and family. My family and I will definitely be returning!!!
My wife and I stop in and where looking for a SUV or van. Frank helped us out he was great. Then comes the part I hate most credit check and out of pocket. Well I was socketed on how fast it all went through. I am proud to be part of the Myrtle Beach Chrysler family. We love our town and country
Over the last month I have been to a few dealerships looking at SUV's. Driving by Jeep my husband and I decided to stop and check them out. I never thought I would buy or like a Jeep. But, honestly when I got in and started driving it. I fell in love immediately. It is very spacious, My husband is 6'4, comfortable and drives nice. I wanted/needed this Jeep. We dreaded shopping for a new car, in the past we've always had bad experiences, especially while shopping for a used car at a dealership. We were greeted promptly in the used car lot, and treated just as if we were buying brand new. Elvis took excellent care of us and never once made us feel like our purchase was any less important. This is our second car from Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep and we will definitely be back!
My wife and I bought our Jeep Patriot through another dealer and now I wish we as gone to Myrtle Beach Jeep. Had to have it serviced and can't say enough about the service dept especially Jack Tessa. Our original dealer NEVER bothered to tell us tat we had 4 free oil changes. Jack told me about this and set me up right. Thanks Jack! Those little things make a big difference to us. My next Jeep will be coming from Myrtle Beach Jeep.
I came in this past weekend to purchase a used Jeep Wrangler. Sam and Josh were easy to work with, and made the whole process painless. I was extremely pleased with the whole transaction, and would recommend the used department for anyone looking for a quality car!
The service department is either incompetent of dishonest. I have a problem with the transmission in my 2014 Chrysler 300, which, they told me they had never heard of. They had the car a total of a month, replaced the drive shaft, contacted the engineers at Chrysler who, they told me, had never heard of this, and finally told me it was a "normal" operating feature that happens in some 300's. Our most recent buying experience with Bobby Gale was through the Used Vehicle department. We purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan We worked with Josh Hardee and Sam Bamerick. We were given all of the information on the vehicle from the CarFax on down. They worked with us as to our needs and wants in a vehicle and answered every question we had.
