This review is specific to Myeyedr. The location address is **** ** ***** *** Horrible service and did not honor the warranty for my frames. The manager Jay R****** and assistant manager Jordana are the most incompetent, non customer service oriented people in the industry. They were rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I purchased my frames in addition the warranty offered at an additional cost. So did my husband. Please shut down this place! This is the worst business ever! Appointments are a joke. 2 hours later and still sitting at the office trying to figure out what is wrong with the computer! Do yourself a favor and get out of Winchester VA for an eye exam . These people are the worst ! Never again!

I paid 200 dollars to order contacts and they told me the RX they gave me was invalid because it had a DX on it.....so guess who now gets to eat the 200 dollars. This is bullshit and unprofessional. I am sorry I didn't have 12 hours to wait for the rude ass lady be hind the counter to print a prescription so I thought I would go online and print it so she would have to do her job. good Afternoon, I been a Customer at my Eye Dr for about 10 years or so and i have always either used this location or Reston VA location. Dr. Brown was great. It was the office staff that had no idea what was going on or the Optical I got in quick but I ended up staying over an hour and a half. I scheduled an appointment, telling them I was on Medicare. I spoke to two different people to make sure they accepted Medicare and they said they did. When I showed up for my appointment, and after I was shown to a room, the receptionist barged in, proclaiming as loudly as she could, that my insurance was invalid. They get no stars from me. I went to the one in Belleville MI today thinking I was going in for my eye glass exam and they did a contact exam without asking me if I wanted it. I was not aware that they were doing this at the time of service. When the Dr came in the room and asked me about my contacts I told her I wanted my glasses back because the contacts were hurting my eyes. I purchased a pair of eye glasses from the last year and they said my insurance would not cover the cost so I had to pay the balance in full. I paid the balance and then my insurance paid the full balance as well. Now I have been trying for about 8 months to get my money back. Still cannot get my money back and manager will not take my calls when I call. I have been in the office about 3 times, but still no one will process my refund.
