I brought my son in today for his first eye appointment. Luckily, he did not need glasses but I still had to pay a 20 dollar co-pay. I was not informed on the phone at anytime that I would have to pay a 20 dollar co pay. What if i didnt have 20 dollars on me? Luckily, I did, but it was the last 20 dollars I had to my name, until my next pay. Terrible. Spring Mills Location in Martinsburg WV. Waited over an hour for doctor, no apologies whatsoever. Glasses that were supposed to be in with 7-10 days are still not in after 4 weeks apparently but I wouldn’t really know because they never answer the phone or return messages.

ZERO Quality Control error on 2 pairs of glasses the prescription was entered incorrectly in the system would take a person 1 minute to review before sending. Please update your website because no one is getting their glasses within 7-10 days.

Poor leadership from the manager of the middleburg office. incompetent staff ordering the wrong glasses. Still waiting on on return call for an appointment, of which I have left 6 messages and received no return call. 7.21.20, 7.22.20. And both of the original appointments were screwed up.

Took my daughter on March 5, 2020 for an appointment to get contacts for the first time. I was charged for the contact fitting and went back the next week for follow up appointment and to order contacts. The representatives were unable to get an insurance authorization to place the order. Covid happened and called 2 weeks ago to order contacts and was told insurance would not pay until 2021. Found myself a new Optometrist after MyEyeDr rescheduled my appointment FOUR times because of their own issues. The last time they called to reschedule an hour and a half before my appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!

The MyEyeDr in Birmingham Alabama @ 2100 Bessemer Rd Birmingham Alabama 35205. Please be aware of their frames. They have defected frames. I got glasses & the right side broke. Took them back & they so called fixed them. Well in about a month or so same thing & same side breaks. I took them back & was told it's nothing they can do. I will never visit them again nor recommend anyone else to visit them. I'm stuck with a brand new pair of glasses that I can't wear. The customer service on today was HORRIBLE! I stood outside along with other clients for almost 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. The nurses passed by several times without even speaking. The customers had no clue on what to do! Once someone finally came to the door, she asked me what I needed and told me to go sit in my car.
