Totally worth reading: Do NOT go to these guys! They’re rip offs. They tried telling me that I needed new frames since I got a new prescription when they haven’t even SEEN my frames yet. Then they said “You have to either get thicker lenses or the thinner size [lenses]”. They made it sound like those were the only two options and that it couldn’t be cut down. RecommendedWe just had my son’s glasses done at the Chambersburg location and they did a fantastic job-he has a very strong prescription and his glasses were made so thin to compensate for his prescription..He will now wear them and not be embarrassed...A Big..pat on the back to “Barry Smith” for being a great inspiration and for being so friendly and also knowledgeable about his profession-he is truly a A+ employee..
Currently on week 3 of waiting for my glasses. Customer service is non existent at the Dover office. I've been hung up on and still have no answers. Worst eye doctor ever!

I went to MyEyeDr. with a new prescription to get a new pair of glasses. I gave them my insurance card (not a fly by night, btw), and she couldn't find benefits for eyeglasses, only the exam. I told her that was wrong, so she looked again, and finally found them. Then, after we went through the process of writing up the order (I was using my old lenses, which I'd gotten there and really love), she told me that the cost would be almost $200 for the lenses. I went to them for years even before name change. Recently I am very dissatisfied. I love Dr. Patel at the Woodstock location and hate losing her as my doctor. Because of another employee, Natalie lying about several things and the manager at the Kennesaw location not doing her job, I have found another practice.
