Twice now, since they have changed from Allegheny Optical- they messed our glasses up and gave us excuses instead of fixing them. Their prices are already crazy high even with Optical Insurance- so we don’t have 478.00 to just kiss off a junk pair of glasses. We called and told them twice that the bifocal point was off. Location on Whitesburg Dr, Huntsville, AL I was informed my appointment was at 4:40. I arrived at 420 and set in the parking lot enjoying my ice cream, since I was "early". I went in at 4:37 for my 4:40 appointment, to find out it was changed to 4:20 without notification. She stated she tried to call me, but she did not call the preferred number on file. Dr. Karen Bickel in Fishers, IN is amazing. She took her time with me, and has a very calming presence. I especially love her because I can be honest with her about my fears about Type 2 Diabetes and my eye health. I will always see Dr. Bickel and will recommend her to families and friends. She is also WONDERFUL with children, understands their anxiety, and does all she can to make children feel comfortable.

I wish I could give no star!!! This was the worst experience I ever had!! They changed my script.. said they ordered new contacts. Then only tried to give me two pair after my insurance company pairs for it! I had one of the employees hang up on me! They kept saying that they reordered them every time I came to pick them up they are so confused never can find them..!! Horrible place, unorganized, staff undertrained, very unprofessional.. do not come here!

Not helpful at all Dover office said no I couldn’t pick up my glasses when I live literally 2 miles away Still waiting on delivery and they are very rude Will not being back after a few years of buying very expensive glasses Treated like a bother
