The guest house had turned the heating on max and I couldn't adjust the radiators. Then the hotel and housekeeper played games with me and made me feel unwelcome in immature ways when i complained about it. They did not refund for a ruined experience. Avoid

Stole our money when Covid caused a lockdown in London at Christmas time 2020. Disgraceful.

Wonderful! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Great room, offered privacy; wifi was perfect; nice and clean. Absolutely wonderful

1、生活機能上：Ravenscourt Park站跟Hammersmith 站只差一站，但Hammersmith站較大也較熱鬧，吃早餐幾乎都要步行到Hammersmith站一帶 2、交通位置上：民宿位於純住宅區，離地鐵站有一段距離，一定要經過一個地下道(subway)才能到達比較熱鬧的King street 3、行李移動上：沒有電梯，居住在高樓層的話，不適合大行李箱，樓梯非常窄，樓梯上的地墊也很老舊了 4、寢具舒適度一般！陽台雙人床房的一大床其實是兩張單人床拼湊，所以中間有縫，睡起來不是很舒服 5、除了廁所之外，房間內沒有任何鏡子（穿衣鏡、化妝鏡等等），也沒有電視 6、沒有浴缸，淋浴設備水壓不足，洗澡要沖很久，馬桶沖力不夠，沖一次要等一陣子才能再充第二次，提供廉價的超市品牌sainsburys的洗沐用品，需自備牙膏牙刷、拖鞋等 7、有很多抽屜跟櫃子，但不是很清潔，房間沙發上也不乾淨，備用的棉被也不清潔，所以我們都沒有使用 8、現場實景跟官網照片有落差，其實客廳的沙發或是椅子已經破損、老舊、塌陷，戶外區也荒廢沒有整理 9、nespresso 咖啡機不是很乾淨，雖然清洗過一兩次但還是沒有辦法出乾淨的水 10、連接民宿的wifi 沒有比較快，我們都使... read more

I stayed here from 25 to 29 Jan 20. Generally hotel is good but following bothered me a lot. 1) There was no live/ fast complaint system in hotel. The only option was email. 2) My internet went out of order on 27 Jan 20 and despite of my repeated requests, it remained out order till I checked out on 29 Jan 20. 3) There was no water in flush tank in ground floor common toilet but no system existed for registration of complaint. 4) Towel stand of same toilet was also broken.
