Very organized for a concert venue. Would go again.
The venue was a really cool place, however.....the site as well as posted on the tickets was for a 7:30 show time. We got in the doors by 7:25 and realized quickly that the opening band and one of our favorites was already on stage. We raced to the crowd and got to hear just 2 songs. Bummed is a far understatement and not fair to avid concert goers!!!!BOO
The venue is GREAT but the LACK of communication sucks! We had purchased the VIP package for Pierce the Veil when we arrived there were 2 lines, the line on the left was GA but there was supposed to be 2 lines on the right one for Advanced Seating and the other for VIP. The ONLY person who told us where to line up was a security guard I have seen there before, don't know his name but he IS AWESOME! He is a tall African American w/dreads very friendly! HE should be commended for the job he does! The bands were FANTASTIC also!
I think Gojira, open, and Devin Townsend last night it was the greatest concert ever. Had a blast !!!!
My friend and I saw Gojira last night and they sounded epic! The show was incredible! We always enjoy seeing concerts at the Old National Center! Can't wait for my next metal show there! One complaint, overpriced everything but that's it! Gojira kicked ass!

I'm not going to lie, it's a nice venue. I've been to a lot of venues, and this one is nice. However, coming from 2 hours away, tickets say 730, your website said 730, everything I saw about the Opeth concert said 730. So I was very disappointed to find out the opening band was finished playing before then. If there was more communication to the fans, so this doesn't happen, I would gladly have given this place a 5 star.
The seat in row J need to have more leg room. Take the grate from under the rail so people can stretch their legs and not cramp up.
I love this place!!! Seen Opeth last night!! Amazing!! I'm coming back July 13th for Ghost!! Drove from Cleveland for this!���
