Went to see Joe Rogan Saturday night for the early show. Security made us miss the opening act even though we were 15 mins early because they didn't want to staff their second metal detector. Also didn't announce there was another entrance on the other side of the building until we'd already waited for 30 mins in a line wrapped around the block. Absolutely abysmal awareness on their part. Then the mic kept cutting out and it took them way too long (15-20 mins) to get a new mic to him. I'll never attend this venue again.

Went to see Markiplier's YOU'RE WELCOME TOUR Show... we got through the doors with 30 minutes to spare and found out he was already on stage! What the heck! It was only 4:00pm and the show wasnt supposed to start till 4:30! But nonetheless it was great. I had a good time, #ThankYouMark
My husband and I LOVE this theatre-\-\usually. The size is big, yet intimate feeling, creating a nice sound when filled with bodies. Plenty of taking around, and great lobby area. We were pretty surprised when attending Nora Jones May 31st and Elvis Costello June 10th regarding a few things. I understand security is a priority, so am fine with the bag check and metal detector, but there was a lot of pressure to get ID check outside the theatre "if you are drinking alcohol." Great venue! Top notch sound and vision and great hospitality.
Traveled from KY to attend a concert arena entrance not marked very well apparently there were 2 concerts on the same night and there were no signs or anyone to instruct you to which line you were to be in. Arrived 60minutes early to enter enter through wrong entrance was given instructions on where to get in line then after waiting for 15 minutes in line we found out from someone else attending the other concert we were in wrong line. Very disappointed in the vocals for Elvis Costello on Saturday, June 10. As a relatively small music venue, your highest priority should be getting a great sound for all your patrons. We were on the floor, barely off center and Elvis especially sounded completely drown out by instrument sounds and off key (when standing dead center or singing a solo, the sound was fine, so it wasn't him, it was most definitely the shortcoming of the sound system). We ended up purchasing riser seats for our 3 boys to experience Markiplier on June 10. With a separate door entrance & personalized seating we couldn't have ask for better VIP treatment. Thank you so much Joshua; they had a great time!
Lining up for Glass animals June 11 with no signage and two lines was annoying. I liked how they came around to the lines before the doors opened to give people bracelets if they were going to drink. The actual building is beautiful but concessions were highly over priced. Going to see a concert that is standing room only and we are packed tightly, $4 for water was kinda crazy.
