Great venue. Amazing decoration, performance by the artist was great. Security wasn't a strong point, neither was direction, but had a plethora of bars...
This is a beautiful building with a lot of history. They have their check in service tweeked to perfection. There is not a bad seat in the auditorium. I marked it four stars instead of five for one reason. I hate to ask everyone to get up so that I can go to the restroom and there aren't any cup holders.
Everything is way over priced. 12 bucks for 1 beer is stupid. Service was super slow. Definitely needs updated.

We don’t love hearing about your less than stellar experience. Can we please have your email address, please? We'd like to reach out personally about this.
We were there for the Impractical Jokers last night. All of the staff was awesome. They were all very pleasant & helpful! Will definitely be back for more shows. We were very impressed.
The employee's were really friendly & helpful. I think they need to work on their sound system. 4 dollars for a can of pop I think was a little to much. Other than that not a bad experience
It was a very beautiful place. We were sitting in the very back and while we could still see the stage, the sound wasn't very good. We did ask the Sound Engineer directly if he could turn up the sound during the intermission, which he did but there wasn't much of the show left. There was a lot of noise from a section the left of us but no one seemed to do anything about it. There were no ushers on that side of the theater. They were acting like they were in a bar during the show.
Beautiful building and pleasant staff. The wait was a little long to get in the building but overall a great time.
Great place.great bar. And host that gives to the kid's.
