Great venue for concerts. The drinks are mixed well, just a bit high on price.
Events are always really good, but parking not so much.
Had a great time seeing Bush last night. My only issue is the lack of security because there were tons of people smoking pot close to the stage.
Of course drinks and snacks were way overpriced. .sad, but you tend to expect that. We had a tuff time finding the usher's. .a very large crowd was standing in front of them. But once we found them, all was good. We had a great time!
Love Old National!!! We enjoyed The Chris Rock Black Out Show! Love the personnel. Very helpful. A great experience after a hard week at work! Thank you for making our experience even more pleasant!! �
Venue = nice...customer service = AWFUL. Box office personnel are terrible, rude, and I can see where they get it...the "box office manager" Susan Truex is just as bad...actually worse. She should set an example...well she does set an example...a bad one. Won't be back.
Good venue. Needs more bathrooms. Staff was friendly and parking was great. The food trucks were a nice touch after the show!
Saw a Trey Anastasio Band show in the Egyptian room. Decent acoustics, cool room all things considered. Paid extra for VIP seats but ushers only let us in 10 minutes early for general admission standing room only. How the hell do you get to sit on the sides where the raised seats are???? Still enjoyed the show but don't waste your money on the VIP seating or parking...
