Saw Chris Rock there and it was great! I like old theaters and he was awesome there.
Loved Chris Rock but tbe drink prices are insane!!!
What a fiasco this place is. If you just want to to go a show and watch in the gen ad crowd you might be ok...if you want specialty seating or have questions for the box office...you are out of luck. Awful customer service. If I had a band, I would never come to this venue. Box office management, Mrs. Susan Truex is rude and unresponsive.
Show was good...but the entire experience was awful. Took me weeks to get information on the show from the box office...never got specialty seats even though I called dozens of times. Will drive out of my way to go to a diff venue in the future before I give them any more of my money.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. Buy your general admission tickets and be done with it. It is virtually impossible to purchase riser seats, royalty seats, or deck seats. Good luck. I recommend another venue.
I will never go back. Customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. It's like pulling teeth to get any information from the box office. Box office management is just as bad. Susan Truex thumbs down.
The need a complete overhaul of box office management...or at the very least...a professional development seminar in customer service. I won't be back.

Susan Truex should be fired. She is stealing money by not doing her job. Customer service is AWFUL here. If you are interested in disability seating or any other type of specialty seating...you are out of luck.
