Here we go again, another fine quality job of your establishment showing how much it doesn't care for people! Making someone wait over 4 fucking hours in your emergency room is absolutely ridiculous! You idiots need to figure your shit out and start firing them idiots who can't seem to run that place! Until you fix your policies I will continue to rank your horrible hospital a 1 and tell everyone how absolutely rediculous your service is!
The nurses and doctors in the ER room and adult ICU are really great.
I was transferred to Tacoma General from another hospital due to needing special testing in cardiology. I had one decent nurse. Faulty equipment, my blood pressure was too low and they didn't check in me saying faulty monitor. No checking manually.UNTIL I asked for pain meds! I was told no because my bp was too low!!! The right hand never knew what the left was doing and there is so much more I could say! Will NEVER go there again unless I'm taken there while unconscious!
The staff at the Pulse Cardiology Unit were friendly, kind, understanding, professional, proficient, and amazing!
The nurse was very friendly, the only thing i would want to is for them to be faster in the ER. and thank you so much for everything
After 5 hours of waiting, finally saw the dr and he was very efficient and friendly. Overall a decent experience as far as ER visits go.
I just want to thank the entire ER, Cardiac, General staff for all of their help this week. My mom had been ill for some time now & it finally got bad. As soon as we got to the ER they triaged her got her in a room & made things happen! She was in the hostel for a total of 3 days and every staff member, nurse, Doctor & specialists she/we came in contact with was great! They went above and beyond and made our whole ordeal... Doable! I'm thankful for everyone's help & for getting my mom back on the mend! Thank you so much!!!
Its an ok hospital to go to but the security there suck ass got there at 9pm didnt leave to 2:30am to walk to my car on the 3floor to a busted broken window stole 2 backpack which had valuables n not to mention a $300 tablet smh and all they gave me was a security phone number smh where is the help for that smh so if you park in the garage warning take your valuable lesson learned now im without a car window n my valuables fucking crack heads in tacoma I hope karma finds you n get a you real bad no one deserves this hate hil... read more
