I got all the help and expert care whole I stayed, I can't say enough about how nice and professional every service of the hospital was the nurses, nutrition, doctors, physical therapist! Keep it up.
I had surgery at TG yesterday, and I must say this was the best experience ever. From the moment I checked in everything went great. And the staff absolutely wonderful!!! I had the best room, sweetest nurses and doctors. Not a single person was rude. Not once was I left alone or " forgotten about " . They made sure that I at all times I was comfortable. They were kind and completely helpful and made a stressful and nervewracking experience that much easier and peaceful.
I came in presenting symptoms of the flu. I'm also 16 weeks pregnant. They took somewhat good care of me. The wait was super long seemed like maybe sort staff or just way to many people who didn't need to be there. I sat in the waiting area for a long while. Not able to eat or drink anything I got super dehydrated. After I got back there they hooked me up to an Iv (finally). I was on a hospital bed in the hallway which I didn't mind. The staff in the ICU is very helpful and caring. The cafeteria needs some help. Food choices are slim, and the food is dried out. Wouldn't do the cafeteria again.
Over the years my whole family has received good care at this hospital... however, this time was awful! 99% of the staff were rude and totally acted like they didn't care about us or anyone else there. Worst experience ever! �

My mother is having chemotherapy at this hospital. Yesterday we went in for 9:30 am appt and were ushered into waiting room for doctor for a "few minutes"-The doctor came in 65 minutes later. Wow 😳 . We finally left after hours of around and around I think my biggest concern is nobody tells you anything. It all seemed very disorganized.
