I have always had great turnouts at any Multicare facilities...there have been few ups and downs in the past, but nothing that us healthcare workers weren't able to resolve..although there have been a few staff that could use some manners, but as former employee and healthcare worker it's understandable that mistakes happens and we're not all perfect everyday. Information centers on each floor are great thank God the hardest thing to find was the cafeteria,not really, good food there.
The birthing center here was absolutely amazingly.
Multicare is the best ever!! They go straight to your needs and seem to enjoy making you comfortable in your time of worry. They were exclusively pleasant�
My grampa lay & suffered for hours in room 305 on 2-25-17.they wouldn't give him his Meds said the main nurse was to busy to get to it however other nurses just sat at desk & had a big time talking & goofing off!!!if your that understaffed hire another RN that can get the job done this is a rediculous way to treat a very sick man that's suppose to be on scheduled pain & sleeping Meds!!
My daughter was actually the patient and I waited in the designated area until the procedure was done. We were well informed, of every step to be taken before during and after the procedure. They were very informative with directions, to Pharmacy, Restrooms, Cafe and Cafeteria. It was a smooth experience.
I waited in the lobby 5 hours before being seen,that's my only complain,I did receive great care once in a room.I was treated with respect,staff was kind and professional!Thanks!
