Terrible from the moment we walked into ER at 10am to 10pm when they discharged us. Waiting area doesn't have speakers, they shout your name from desk far away. 10 hours and no water was given to patient, until a coke. Slowwwwww response time inside rooms with staff, half an hour until someone helped patient go pee, etc. Lots police around and cameras but clearly not a hospital you want to end up at.
I wasn't there for myself, I drove my daughter for her checked up. Not bad, I'm fine with it.
Just had my 3rd baby here and I must say I won't be going anywhere else. I loved all the staff they were all amazing. Thank you for all your amazing work and all the help. You made my whole stay easy as can be. Keep up the amazing work.
Brought my 16 year old son in Sunday at around 4 am with a bleed from a previous tonsillectomy 10 days earlier. They got my son in immediately to take his vitals and by the time my husband parked the car we were already back headed to a room. All the staff was very good. Doctor came in a surgeon was called and he was back in surgery and out and us going home in a total time of 3 and half hours. Wonderful experience for this momma who was so scared.
I had my daughter at TG and that was a great experience. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It was awesome for a first time mother like myself.
Night Nurses are rude and do notdo there job , my mom is there with bladder cancer stage 3 , her. Line was plugged , when my brother said aomething about his mom acting strange they said they would call security instead of checking on his complaint , come to dind out her line was plugged causing her discomfort . tell me you wouldn't be upset your dying mother was uncomftable
Friendly staffs and always helpful. Nice and clean facility.
I like Tacoma general hospital their one of the best hospital they saved my life as well as my daughter's life we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for tg
