The worst ER hospital. Rude and Unprofessional Staff and not to mention Christine RN forgot to give out medicine.
We are here now. Great nurses yesterday. Today we ended up with a nurse without companion very upset with care today. Had to correct her on iv techniques also (I'm a nurse) waiting for her shift to end. In house Doctor was wonderful
I went to the er December 29th it was overwhelmed with Patients waiting to be seen. The nurse assistants didn't know how to check blood pressure and temperature. I was seen by a rn she told me this is weird all hospitals in Washington state were crowded. I was seen there for compilations from my colonscopy procedure. Hours later was finally roomed still had to wait over 15 minutes to be checked in the room I was in after that it was smooth transition.
First time ever coming here. Am currently here receiving care. Everybody to date has been absolutely WONDERFUL. Food is wonderful. Sraff is all friendly clean and very cool. Wonderful hospital to be at.
The waiting room was full. The smell of rot, urine, and body oder filled the floor. The floor was covered in fluid(probably human), food and garbage I came in for an allergic reaction and after sitting in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours, not checked on once, no one was, I was taken to a room and waited another hour and a half before being told they called another doctor to the floor to help with the rush of patients. It was a little slow but every body was So nice....
I will never go back to the emergency because the front desk nurses was making fun of me and this older lady and made me feel uncomfortable and had to leave without seeing my doctor no one has to go through what I went through on December 8 2016
It may take a bit to be taken back to a room sometimes hours but this past visit my BF was given care while in the Waiting Room for hours before getting to a room. I usually get good care when I have gone. Overall the hospital does a great job with the amount of patients
I started having a panic attack and three different nurses/triage people just stood there each time and said "what can we do for you?". Really? How about be comforting and take a minute from all your questions and REALLY see if im ok. I hold things in and on the outside you dont understand my turmoil when it happens. My visit yesterday felt rushed once I saw the doctor. I was by myself and very sick. They poo pood some of my concerns. Especially my diabetes. The kleenex there is like sandpaper. It literally scratched my face... read more
