So many things were just wrong about how I was treated after surgery that I plan on getting in touch with the head of TG to tell him/her about it. I never want to go there again.
I just had surgery there on my hand and the whole staff was awesome. Very attentive.
After a short ride in the ambulance I was taken to a room, history, iv, the Dr took me to CT scan himself, quick diagnosis, visit with surgeon, medication for pain and well, THEY SAVED MY LIFE!!! A 4 week knee replacement post surgery blood clot!!! I cannot say enough about the professional attitude, the competency and how caring everyone was. Daughter had surgery here, the staff and doctors were amazing. I'm so glad we chose to come here.
The organization and staff are so efficient. Living the people that work there. Mom has had 2 surgeries there. She has been taken care off to and extreme level of the staff. The staff has made the place a good experience (for everyone) during and after surgery.
Normally dr. Is right on time,it's bound to happen. They explained all the regular staff were taking a requirement for continuing education. That's a good thing, I'm thinking and besides Dr. CHEN IS SO GOOD AND ATTENTIVE! SO ALL IN ALL 5 STARS FOR HIM
