best braiding shop i have been going to mukis african braiding for the past 2years and i must say that i have always been satisfied with the styles that i have chosen. they have a good customer service and the braiders are concerned, nice and they're good at their jobs. keep it up mukis!
Mrs. Beautiful Hair First let me say I do not normally write reviews, which is a shame since it was the reviews that brought me to the salon. My hair is beautiful. I have received several compliments and have been ask where did I get my hair done at. I love to look nice and beautiful so my hair has to be looking nice at all times, and since I decided to give weave a rest and go with micros I wanted the best of the best to do it, which is why I traveled so far. Twists too tight, stylist wouldn't listen I usually do not take the time to read reviews. But as I sit here on the 3rd day with too tight kinky twists, I have no choice. The stylists seemed nice, and I must say my twists LOOK good, but they are entirely too tight. I got my hair done on Friday, and it's Monday and it still hurts (to lay down, to move the twists, etc.). Appointments are POINTLESS!! I had never been to Muki's braiding salon before, but after seeing the video on YouTube, I thought I would give it a shot. But, upon arriving at my 1:00pm appt, no one was available to start servicing me. They had me sit for 45 minutes, before I finally spoke up and asked when would someone be starting on me? One of the stylist told me they would start in 5 minutes with my hair, which I knew was a bold face lie because the client's hair wasn't close to being finished sitting in her chair. excellent service I usually don't write reviews but I thought of writing this i been going to muki's African braiding for the past 10 years and i have to say their customers service is very great. The i go there the more I fall in love with their service i there with damage scalp but i have healthy health. I recommend anyone who care about their healthy hair to there and they will never regret it.

They do excellent job!!! I Have been going to Muki's for some years now and I must say I am always satisfied with my hair style. The ladies there are very friendly and they always ask you what you want. Muki she is a sweet heart, I have all my families and friends coming to Muki's and I have never had a complain from any of them, I love my braids looking good and professional and not to say I am a very phard to please, but when I discovered them I was hooked since then and I have never looked back. RUN, RUN, RUN!! Muki should not be in business - period!! If you are considering patronizing this establishment, please rethink your decision. Customer service is non-existent, attitudes of employees are poor, and the quality of the hair braiding is remarkably average. Somehow, these folks fail to realize that without customers, they would have no business. Paying money for any service here is not worth it. Thank you for making my day!!! I found this shop online and I love their work so I decided to call and make an appointment, the lady on the phone was very pleasant, which gave me more hope to travel such a distance to their shop. I had my hair done in senegalese twist which was my first time getting them but they turned out to be beautiful and many of my coworkers love my hair.
