Great service at your salon, and i will be back. i found this braiding salon on line and decided to travel from Richmond Virginia to get my hair braided because i liked what i saw on their web site. my looks means alot to me I have been going to Muki's for about a year now and my looks is very important to me so i found them online and i have been going there since, because they have patience . I guess what you have to do is let them know what you want and what you dont, for instance one time a braider wanted to use holding spritz on my hair i told hair not to because i am allergic to alcohol she use use mouse instead. But over all their services is very good once you tell them what you want.
Never again I went to this shop for the first and last time. First, I looked through the book and chose a style. The braids were much bigger than what I requested. I look like Medusa!! On top of that the lady was soooo slow. When I asked the girl why my twists were so big she replied that the twists were the same size as the picture. Thank you so much Muki and Josiane I went to Muki's yesterday and I am so pleased with my braids. I have never had braids, or any type of extentions put in my hair before so I was nervouse about the process in general. I had went to another braider that morning and she did not know what she was doing, the braid was not straight and it was not pretty. The best experience Ever The best service i ever had in any braiding shop. i was very nervouse at first because some pass bad experience with other shops, but Muki's proofed me wrong, the hair style was done right the hair stylist are very nice and professional. And the owner is the most patient and experience in braiding business , i will definetely be back and this time with my whole family and friends.i say muki's keep it back and see youu soon.
RUN, RUN, RUN!! Muki should not be in business - period!! If you are considering patronizing this establishment, please rethink your decision. Customer service is non-existent, attitudes of employees are poor, and the quality of the hair braiding is remarkably average. Somehow, these folks fail to realize that without customers, they would have no business. Paying money for any service here is not worth it. Misleading Response Believe me, when my friend left Mukis she was not happy. . . not happy at all. The response from the salon owner/employee said that her hair was fixed. Where? You put a bandage on her hair. Really what you did was curled the ends of her hair because when she came over to my house, I told her that she looked TERRIBLE! Your employees left the ends of her hair frazzled and uneven and handled her unprofessionally.
