Sitting at hunt camp freezing because my Buddy heater with less than 20 hours runtime just blows the pilot out and will not stay lit. This is pathetic! Second unit I’ve had in two years with the same issue, and both have been used properly as well as handled and transported with care. I’ve taken off work and spent hundreds of dollars on this hunting trip and now it has to end early over a hundred dollar heater that won’t function. I have had a couple of little buddy heaters that the pilot lights would not stay lit. I am a scout leader and wanted to get them repaired before winter camping. I contacted the Mr. Heater Facebook page as to where I could send them for repair and within 24 hours Mr. Heater offered to replace the two units free of charge. This company has great customer service. I highly recommend Mr. Heater products.
My Boss Camp shower was delivered with missing parts. I contacted them. They made it right and then some. Great customer service.
