over the course of the last 2 Years, I have turned to Mr. Heater for my needs Heating my Shop, and Office. I had some minor issues with the first Heater that I bought, but their Customer Service People, took very good care of Me. my confidence in them is such that over the next year, I bought one Each, of the 3 Buddy heaters. The Big Buddy, Portable Buddy, and Little Buddy, in addition to the 50,000 BTU one out in my Shop. they work great, and if I do run into problems, its easy for me to get information or Parts. I ran into an issue with my heater but they stood behind their product.
Bought a Big Buddy heater today.Tried to start it....couldn't. Read the troubleshooting section and second line reads "Igniter wire may not be attached to spark electrode-attach".So now I'm taking apart a brand new unit and low and behold.....there's a wire hanging there.I see where it goes but there is no way to attach it.The whole unit is going back to the store tomorrow.I bought this for emergencies and was going to buy more,but not now.
I own a mr buddy turbo heater 2 mr buddy portable heaters and a big mr buddy my big mr Buddy fan quit working and I can't find a new fan anyware for it
We own two Mr Heaters one Buddy and one Big Buddy when have never used the heater in our trailer Mr Heater is all we need.
