Good heat but I started ice fishing this year used 3 time may be 3 hours each day and it's rusting not to durable in my eyes for almost 100 bucks
I bought one not even a year old and then it wouldn’t stay running. Was finally able to get ahold of them. They sent me replacement parts free of charge and got it running again.
I had a problem with my heater and Mr Heater was quick to respond. Brian Moten handled my problem and made me very satisfied. I am now looking to upgrade the heating in my wood shop because I know I can count on Mr Heater to make things right.
Best in the Business! We have been using Mr. Heater Products for a number of years for our races / events (Dirty Spokes Productions... Mountain Bike Races and Trail Running Races) and have always been satisfied with the products they produce (our staff, participants love when we break these out for the Cold Georgia Races)! Customer service has always been top notch (fast, friendly and easy to deal with)! Would 100% recommend the Mr. Heater Products!

This past week, the Mr heater hose (with filter) that I use with my Buddy heater ruptured and sprayed propane on the lit heater tile. My Buddy heater effectively became a flame thrower, and almost trapped me in my cabin. I was able to turn off the heater, and go outside and turn off the propane at the 20lb tank. Almost died. Not very satisfied with this product.
I have multiple heaters that I have used for years and I love them! They have treated me well especially considering all the abuse I put them thru!
