Had problems lightning my 10+ year old Big Buddy heater and customer service sent me a new pilot. Told me it was a half hour job. But after two day and a few extra screws it works like new. Thank U
right now I do not recommend. have the same issue that all the other people are posting about. I have sent a message to the company to see if they will help. I am out $200 and still no heat. I have followed all instructions to include performing the cleaning per the YouTube video. Right now I am very frustrated with the product. We will see how the company handles it. I use to work here. They never hiring especially the people that been there for the longest and work hard and on time all time. Norita and wanna be supervisor Zorida are rude, got no respect to the workers. Also Roosevelt, I agree what most people say. He needs to retire or get fired. I swear the things he say is harassing and just never leaves you alone. I don't think he ever works all i see him talking to the workers. walking around. lol
I have had the same unit for almost 10 Years. A few weeks ago I had a small fire by the pilot on off button. It melted the cap And emailed Mr. Heater about a new cap and they told me to send it in and they would replace The heater for free. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you Neal!
Had an issue with a heater not operating correctly. Customer Service offered to replace the unit. Some of the best Customer Service I've ever dealt with. Willing to work to resolve any issues and get you up and running again. Highly Recommend their products.

I purchased my 2nd heater. First being a propane forced air. Great little heater. I wanted something larger and hotter. My second is a 175,000 BTU forced air multi-fuel. Out of the box I had issues. As a mechanic I was sure it was an adjustment issue. I fought it, then spring came and I put it to the side. This winter I got it back out thinking no big deal.
