My 50,000 BTU unit went out after 30 days. Tried to contact Customer Service several times waiting on hold for hours. Was hoping to hear some kind of resolved before I take this unit back to the store for my money back and never purchased this junk again.

My Big Buddy unit caught fire a few nights ago. I've called customer service and left voicemails to no avail; each time I was placed on hold for over thirty minutes. There may as well not be a customer service number.
bought a new industrial 210,000 btu kerosene heater 1/25/2020. picked up fresh kerosene and it lit once. checked pressure and it is at 8.2 psi just like the manual states. now all this heater does is smoke and shoot kerosene all over the place. going to return this heater and will not ever buy their product again.

This is only my second season of using my Mr. Heater in my golf cart for winter golf and two days ago the entire thing caught on fire! I was so scared that it would explode and damage my golf cart. In talking to other member of my club, I found out three other members have recently had their Mr.Heaters catch fire.
