I have called the company twice and been on hold forever and even emailed with no luck. On Saturday 9/18/2020 my husband was using our 4 year old Buddy heater while working on his truck in our gravel driveway. He quickly took his truck up the road and back to test it, he was gone for less than 5 minutes. RecommendedHad a problem and they fixed it once I spoke to someone. Highly recommended they totally did me right.
I bought a Mr Heater for our Promaster conversion last June. When I opened the box a couple of days (and 200 miles) later, I discovered the heating element was shattered. After many phone calls with and promises from the company, all I now have is a pile of parts. So extremely disappointed with their service. I should have been offered a new product but never have been. If you buy this brand, do not expect any factory customer service.

Technical Service Dept is phenomenal! Had an issue with hookup to the propane bottle. Within minutes of sending them a chat message, a representative responded, problem was fixed! They didnt waste my time asking my phone number, location, etc. They were straight forward and knew exactly what I was talking about! Wonderful company to deal with! They are in the United States too!
Ours blew up and caught fire then the company wouldn’t do anything because we can’t find the receipt
Big Buddy can be used indoors in case of power outages
I had issues with the handle on my Mr. Heater Buddy Heater. I contacted Mr. Heater and within an hour I had another handle headed my way. They have been amazing to deal with!
Spectacular customer service for their neighbor's up north. Went above and beyond to supply a piece of equipment free of charge and send up to Canada after a simple inquiry. Thank you.
