Amazing product but I was extremely disappointed to see that my brand new big buddy heater does NOT come with a fan. The hole is there for the battery's and every thing what's up with that!!! So the fan was removed for some reason and to justify it mr heater is sending me a hose and a big buddy bag.

Mr. Heater customer service is excellent the best I’ve ever experienced with a company so far, I was having issues with my Big buddy portable heater. Customer service has determined that I needed a filter for my older Mr heater hose due to oil in the hose but because I didn’t have a filter for the heater from the first day of using the heater the oil in the hose has ruined my big buddy heater. Very efficiently does what it claims. we've had other heaters that claimed to heat 1,000 sq/ft, yeet struggled to heat our 700 sq/ft home. If it's cold in here, and we turn our 33,000 BTU Mr. Heater unit up to 3(it goes up to 5), we're toasty in 10 min. on the coldest of nights we regularly run it at about 2.5. the fan kit is easy to install and really makes a difference. battery operated electric ignition means you stay warm during power outages. Really can't say enough about this heater. we love it!
I loved my Mr heater, but my old one got stolen. I am very disappointed that the new one no longer includes a fan. That was one of the best features, and you removed it, and still charge the same price for an inferior product!

Use to keep one in my semi, just in case my truck broke down, I could stay warm in tell rescue arrived. The one time I needed it, failed, doesn't work!!! Unreliable made in chain crap!!!
Put one of these in your hunting blind and I don’t care how cold it is out. Best thing I have ever bought. It also serves as a good thing to heat your food up on while hunting, lol.
