Purchased a BRAND NEW 50,000 BTU garage heater. Installation was fine. Start the thing up and the fan is making an awful noise. Then, shortly after the fan breaks from the hub ring! After waiting to talk to someone for at least an hour(then had to wait an hour for a call back) I was told that they are currently out of stock of this part. Then, I receive an email stating they won’t have any till February 6th!! So I buy this heater and it breaks, then I have to wait a couple weeks for them to actually get the part!? I have 7 buddy heaters that we run in deer stands in the fall and fish houses in the winter that work well. I had one big buddy that I used for years but started to act up. I mentioned on Facebook that I was having trouble and within minutes I received a PM asking for a contact # and a service rep would get ahold of me. Through the holidays I wasn’t contacted, I let them know and again in a short time on a weekend I received an apology and was told a new replacement would be sent and I received it in 4 days. We finally bought a big buddy after hearing all the good things about them! Couldn’t be happier with the heater, and being unsure if we had the right hose to attach to a 5 lb propane bottle we messaged them , they couldn’t tell by the numbers we gave on the hose if it was a mr heater hose so they shipped one out immediately! Within a week we had it . Thanks so much Mr Heater for a great product and fantastic customer service!

Fantastic Customer Service, My ‘Little Buddy’ heater would no longer stay lit...I contacted customer service and talked with Neil he explained a couple things that I could try to get it working..When that didn’t work, I again contacted them and asked how I could send it in for repair..Instead of waiting for the repair, Mr. Heater sent me a brand new unit along with a return label to send my damaged one back to them! Thanks again!
I bought it two days ago and I went through bunch of green tanks which was kind of a pain so I purchased the mr buddy 12ft hose and mr buddy filter. Keeps my work space warm on medium. I love this heater couldn’t ask for a better deal and the customer service is very loyal thanks Mr Heater will be doing lots of business.
