**** arrived only a couple hours after I contacted for service. He was very personable and knew our ******* refrigerator problem within a few minutes of checking. He had it fixed promptly. Will most definitely let others know the good job he did.

He arrived in a timely manner and got the job done as expected, so 5 stars for that! The reason for the 4 stars was that he pointed out that the dryer vent duct needs replaced due to holes, so I asked if he has any in stock; he didnt. He also asked for a vacuum cleaner to clean out the lint, so I gave him my dry vac. Id highly recommend having some parts on stock and also have everyone have a dry vac or small vacuum cleaner in their vans for future clean-****

****** and ***** did an excellent job. I thought my dryer was dead but they worked their magic and she is back to work. The guys showed up within the promised time frame and were polite, very professional and really seemed to know what they were doing. This is the second time we have used this company and I can assure you we will return. Great job!!

**** responded quickly, and diagnosed and solved the problem with my washer right away. He was friendly and when I mentioned in passing that my ice maker wasn't working, he took a quick look at that and told me what to do. Mr Appliance is now my go-to when I need a repair.
