My granddaughter told me about Mr. *********************** My dryer had quit heating so I called and had them come out. They were professional, courteous, on time and were able to get my dryer fixed. I highly recommend this company.

When my oven didn't work, I remembered seeing the new Mr. ********************** in ****************. I called and two repairmen were at my house in less than an hour. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a cost estimate and had the part on their truck. The new part was installed and they were gone in less than an hour. I have had Mr. ********************** representatives work on my dryer and washer periodically over the past few years. Each time, their representative was timely, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. On occasion, a new part had to be ordered to complete the repair. I was always informed of the cost ahead of time and the approximately timeline, which usually panned out to be accurate. Fast, efficient, friendly! The repairman had the part in his van so the oven was fixed in one visit.

my wife and i are very thankful to Mr Appliance. This is the best service we have ever gotten in such an estimated time frame. the time frame went from 3 to 5 days to the next day of our service. You and the people that you have working for you are the best, they know what they are doing, they are courtesies and they have a have a great sense of humor very good people skills.
