This is the second time that I have used the company. And the service has been top notch both times. I had an issue with my washer not filling, and when the service technician (********) came, the was great to work with. He insisted on wiping his shoes (on a mat that he brought) and then put shoe covers on. He was completely respectful of my house, washer, and my time. He was quick to diagnose the issue. Excellent. Prompt, professional, and thorough. Diagnosed problem, then ran the machine to confirm diagnosis. Very **************. Did not have parts necessary to make repair and communicated it may take several days to procure them. Called next morning to say they had obtained the parts, and returned that day to make repair.
