Excellent. Prompt, professional, and thorough. Diagnosed problem, then ran the machine to confirm diagnosis. Very **************. Did not have parts necessary to make repair and communicated it may take several days to procure them. Called next morning to say they had obtained the parts, and returned that day to make repair.
