Great customer service from the beginning. They send plenty of reminders and notifications when someone will come by. The time range they give you are reasonable and their technicians arrive within the time provided. **** who was ************** was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was super professional and friendly. Diagnosed the issue with out dishwasher and worked to solve the issue. Highly recommended!

Great customer service starting with the ladies that answered the phone and arranged an appointment time (******) to the technician that diagnosed the problem and returned the following day to install the part (****). We were kept informed of each step and were pleasantly surprised with the quick turn around by locally sourcing the part. They also offered us an earlier appt for the service call when a cancellation was received. Thank you!
