**** responded quickly, and diagnosed and solved the problem with my washer right away. He was friendly and when I mentioned in passing that my ice maker wasn't working, he took a quick look at that and told me what to do. Mr Appliance is now my go-to when I need a repair.

***** came and diagnosed the problem.He was professional, friendly, and had a lot of knowledge about my product. He was able to get the part and come back in the afternoon and fix it. Best customer service I have had from any company in a very long time. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

**** came and diagnosed my issue quickly. The parts came in quickly as well. **** was actually early to come do the repair and get our ice maker working again. Like everyone I am not happy that anything broke but I am happy with the assistance Mr. ********* provided and I will use them again in the future if I have another appliance stop working.

Showed up when they said they would. Repairs done expeditiously. 15 year old dryer now runs like new. Will definitely call again for appliance repair when needed.

I am so glad we called Mr. ********************** to repair the ice maker in our side-by-side refrigerator. **************** was so knowledgeable and friendly. The appointment was made online, and he was there the next day. Two days later, we have ice! . With a one-year warranty for the part and work that was done. This will be a company that we use from now on!

Quick to get an appointment that accommodated my schedule. He was professional and diagnosed the issue with my oven right away. He replaced the part with in an hour. Very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely use Mr. ********************** in the future!
