I made a last minute schedule due to washer quitting on me. They were great and was able to come out prior to scheduled date and time. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Im recommending them to all friends and family.

My technician, ***, arrived promptly as scheduled. He performed the necessary service and replaced the defective part. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I like the telephone confirmation and text messages to let me know he is in transit. I would recommend!
Set my oven to preheat to bake something and after adequate time, it had not preheated and there was no sign of "flame" in my gas oven. Called in and explained the problem. I was told that the repairman would be at my house the next morning. Received a confirmation call that evening stating a more exact time frame. Repairman arrived on time. Our service tech ****, was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed our washing machine quickly and expertly. Our dog ****** even thought he was pretty cool too.Very likely to recommend and use Mr Appliance again in the future.

They came out to service my washer fast! When the first repair wasnt sufficient, they came out again quickly and repaired the second issue. The tech walked me through the repairs and then showed me the finished work. Very friendly and professional!
Great service. Called yesterday evening to repair stove, out here the very next day. The two techs that came **** and ***** were excellent, very friendly. The whole process of scheduling on line, with an immediate confirmation call from the office, to the auto text that sent notifying me that techs were otw was great Will definitively use Mr.Appliance again if any other appliance issues.

Great customer service- could not ask for better- from start to finish. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office staff, and rapid response, to my washing machine issues. They were in the area already, and had someone at my house in about 2 hours. ***** was very nice and respectful. He listened while I explained the problem I was having, and he found the issue right away. My washer was fixed the same day and without an other issues. This company is awful - do not use them under any circumstances! They are scammers!! Upon my initial call the owner "Matt" sent out a technician that same day. "Johnny" the tech arrived a few hours later and "diagnosed" the issue with my double oven stating I needed a replacement switch to the lower oven. He said he would order the part, that it would be in in a few days and he'd be back to fix it. I paid the $95 diagnostic fee. The next day I was told they needed to "rush ship" the part from a warehouse in NC. 2 days later ... read more
