Our service tech ****, was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed our washing machine quickly and expertly. Our dog ****** even thought he was pretty cool too.Very likely to recommend and use Mr Appliance again in the future.
Great customer service! A technician, *** W, arrive on time and was knowledgable in assessing the problem with my refrigerator. The tech returned on time again the next day with the new part and made fast work of the repair. I was very impressed!! Thank you *** W for doing a great job.

They came out to service my washer fast! When the first repair wasnt sufficient, they came out again quickly and repaired the second issue. The tech walked me through the repairs and then showed me the finished work. Very friendly and professional!
Great service. Called yesterday evening to repair stove, out here the very next day. The two techs that came **** and ***** were excellent, very friendly. The whole process of scheduling on line, with an immediate confirmation call from the office, to the auto text that sent notifying me that techs were otw was great Will definitively use Mr.Appliance again if any other appliance issues.

Great customer service- could not ask for better- from start to finish. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office staff, and rapid response, to my washing machine issues. They were in the area already, and had someone at my house in about 2 hours. ***** was very nice and respectful. He listened while I explained the problem I was having, and he found the issue right away. My washer was fixed the same day and without an other issues. Technician was not certain of his diagnosis, so before ordering parts he brought another tech with him to be sure. At no additional cost to me! They also looked at another appliance also without charge while they were here. They were GREAT.
