What a pleasant surprise, Mr Appliance sent highly skilled technicians who accurately diagnosed and repaired our freezers problem - did I mention reasonable pricing. ****** and ***** were professional, courteous, and on time - it was a pleasure working with them and Mr Appliance. They were able to come the day I called and found the issue quickly. Part was found locally and fridge fixed the next day. Professional and courteous staff. Highly recommend!

My dryer stop heating on Sunday. I called Monday morning spoke with ******** very pleasant. I was completely shocked to get an appointment between 10am-12pm that same day. **** was my tech who arrived at 10am very polite, professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He solved the problem a loose wire and my 18yr dryer up and running. Thanks, ****!

I liked I got a text with a picture of the repairman. The guy was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions with No attitude. Was ver willing to talk with about my refrigerator
