my wife and i are very thankful to Mr Appliance. This is the best service we have ever gotten in such an estimated time frame. the time frame went from 3 to 5 days to the next day of our service. You and the people that you have working for you are the best, they know what they are doing, they are courtesies and they have a have a great sense of humor very good people skills.

It took a few days to get the right part but the technician was very professional and caring. I wd hope if I ever have a problem with any appliance, that he will be The Man.

When we call, they are always readily available and give great service. Great people to work with. We recently used them for two different problems, and they were right on the issues and problems and resolved all of our issues. We would highly recommend their services.

Mr. ********************** was wonderful! They fixed my washer within two weeks of me contacting them. They had to order us parts twice . However , the parts came within about two days both times and Mr. ********************** had us rescheduled ASAP every time (which was very much appreciated!). ************** ***** W was phenomenal! He took his time and was very thorough when explaining the issue and why certain parts were needed. ***** W also had a great energy and arrived on time every appointment! Excellent service all the way around. The technician was a total professional and came and diagnosed the issue and then the parts were ordered and came back and put it together like clockwork.
