Words can not describe how angry I am at this facility. My mother was left to sit all night with vomit in her neck brace after a surgery because the nurses didn't check on her and she had dropped her call button. They forgot pain medication doses to the point where she was crying in agony. The nurses were so over burdened that at one point, when she pressed her call button, they made a snide comment about 'not getting there fast enough.' I have been going here for about 7 years. My favorite doctor is leaving. Dr. Lawrence Liu from the liver area is going. All the doctors that I have encountered here and the staff are awesome.

I prefer this hospital for my care over Harlem hospital! It's much cleaner and staff more professional! I am questioning their choice to release me after being sent to the E.R. by my doctor while on a appointment for my hypertension of 146/104 and didn't check it before discharging me!
I went in as a an outpatient to have a Catheterization done. The staff were very nice, but the procedure was horrible. I wished they had put me to sleep. The pain I went through was horrible. When I express the pain to the doctor 👨🏾⚕️ as the procedure was being performed, all he said is to keep still. They told me it was not painful at all. It makes me wonder if any of them had the procedure done🤔I wished I would have done this at LIJ they do put you to sleep 😴 so on that not I have to give 2 stars!
I had an appt on 98th street. The staff is great, customer service is great and they always keep the scheduled appt time. If for some reason your dr is delayed, they prepare you and give you options like; you can see another affiliate, reschedule or wait for your dr. Again I awaits have wonderful experiences. Thank you
