That Hospital is the cleanest and best ever my Husband attend there and I Love it to.
i feel the need to write a review. after several visits with 4 doctors at Mt. Sinai, i have never experienced such incredible doctors and such wonderful care during appointments and procedures. that being said, the reason i am writing this review, is that the phone system and follow up by 3 of the 4 doctors is so pathetically unacceptable for a reputable hospital. you can never reach a doctor directly, as all calls are routed through the general switch board unless the doctor has left you his personal #. Right now yesterday .I have my right. Hip replaced. Everything going fine. The doctor let walk around the hall way .I will do this twice a day. This a good hospital faculties.

EMERGENCY ROOM EXPERIENCE ER Front Desk: Nice people EMT Staff: Very inefficient and slow. They don't treat all admissions like emergencies, which is what defines an ER. Nurses: Very rude; not empathetic; slow. Story: My mom might have an infection that is time sensitive. The nurses give no updates, show no empathy, take their time. One nurse, Fidel was very nice however. Otherwise, the ER is a mess. Another patient near us vomited in the general trash can and no one got up to help.
