This is the busiest emergency room I have ever seen. Even the hallways are lined with patients on stretchers. The doctors and nurses are clearly overworked. This hospital needs to address this situation. The health of the patients here is being comprised.

Thank you for the speedy and efficient care I received for my full spinal MRI recently. I felt very well taken care of! Very impressive :)

I cannot say enough about the level of care my son and I received at this hospital. I ended up having a c-section at 36 weeks after a failed induction because of preeclampsia. My son was in the hospital for a week. Every doctor and nurse was incredibly kind and professional. The facilities were beautiful and state of the art. I was impressed and felt well taken care of.

I had a excellent experience at Mount Sani West hospital. My apologies for the people who did not receive satisfactory treatment. My advice is to advocate for yourself or the one you love in Mount Sani. The upper management does care. Mount Sani is a A in my book .

This place is chaos! If the staff stopped chatting, maybe things would move along in an orderly manner. I'm sure some communication between patients, staff and doctors would help. Update: My relative is post-surgery. Things haven't gotten that much better. They make appointments for you without checking first and reschedule them without notice. The "rehab" is a joke. The therapists and therapy are great! The problem is these "Doctors". They aren't paying attention and they blow off the patients and their family. Don't ask qu... read more

4 patient plus each patients family in one patient room is too much, each patient has a TV blaring, Hospital need to provide Head sets if you want to watch TV, these patients are post surgery and need rest, yet with all the noise, staff, family, and patients coming and going this doesn't happen, Nurses giving IV injections without cleaning the ports prior to injecting, just waiting for a serious infection....POOR needs JC / DOH visit

It's a hit and a miss. Most of the nurses are lovely and sweet and friendly, while some people behind the desk (obgyn clinic) act like you're asking them to part the red sea when you ask them to, oh I don't know, DO THEIR JOB! Two midwives I had appointments with were excellent, one was Liorit and I forgot the other ones name but they are marvellous they get 10 stars. If it was a sure thing that either one of those 2 ladies was gonna be delivering my son, I would definitely keep going back. However.. one midwife I encountere... read more

I gave birth in that hospital and all I can say they have the best labor&delivery staff ever. Nurses are amazing, doctors are professionals. Special thanks to Kerri and Dr. Miller.

My daughter had to visit the ER late one night before our return flight home to Dubai. The staff on hand and everything on the night was great and I couldn't speak more highly of them. However, I am still dealing with billing almost 2 months out now and have just discovered that I still have an amount owing on my bill! This is even with the hospital being told that we live overseas and have overseas health insurance, therefore I would have to pay the entirety of the bill upfront. Not only did I find out that there's still an... read more
