Shout out to the nurses in the stroke unit. Abdur, Anne, Erica... and the rest of the nurses who took care of me during my unfortunate stay. Not only did you make my time there more comfortable, you guys helped me get better.

The staff and clinical staff are exceptional. But I am having the same issues as many others with their billing.. All the sudden I would get deliquent, large bills from 6 months ago with no explanation or itemized anything at all. And despite requesting itemized bills with insurance claim numbers, they just keep sending me the same delinquent bills for items my insurance has already paid. THE NEW CALL CENTER FOR THE HUNTINGTON DOCTORS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE . SPENT 35 MINUTES ON HOLD AND THEN WAS TOLD NO ONE IN THE DOCTORS OFFICE PICKING UP - CALL CENTER WAS TO SEND A HIGH PRIORITY MESSAGE - AN HOUR LATER STILL WAITING FOR RETURN CALL

I had an appointment for a biopsy at 1:00PM on August 7th, 2018 at NYEEI. I arrived at 12:40 and checked in. After being moved to a waiting room on another floor with two elderly patients (one of whom was in a wheelchair and there since 9AM), we proceeded to wait for 2 hours. A tech entered the waiting room and informed the two elederly patients that they were free to go. He assured me that I would be seen in 20 minutes. this hospital sucks. the staff is good but I have had enough and want to leave. finally got to sleep the they bring in someone at 2 in morning wanted to go for walk. now have gaurd following me around
