I’m been in the emergency room at mount sinai for the past 30 min with a cut on my hand but yet no doctor here at 100th street on Madison ave help only told me to wait in the waiting area I lost faith in this hospital. They are not even checking it to at least be safe about a nerve or infection nothing Never again Now it’s 10pm over one hour now still have not been seen by a Doctor in the emergency room yet. Though it is in NYC, USA but I ref Mount Sinai is one of the best Hospital in the World. I was very scared when I was going to see the Doctor. After having the initial check up by them, I feel to have the surgery without any fear ! The medical team and the doctors are fabulous, professional & friendly !!

This is the best hospital I’ve ever seen, been in, experienced! The staff is attentive, helpful, caring, informative, and hard working. My mother was at another hospital for 3 months with little to no progress in her health, and had two cardiac arrests in 2 months. The hospital was unable and unwilling to try and figure out what was going on with her heart. This hospital is not the "global" IBD GI expert it fraudulently markets itself to be. It, instead, depicts the industrialization of human life, controlled by one-size-fits all policies and protocols that endanger lives, far more than preserve and protect them. Had a terrible experience at this hospital. The hospital used MyChart data from 2014 instead of MyChart data from 2018 which resulted in giving me the wrong medications. This was on top of putting me in a bed with visible blood stains on the sheets, putting me in a room with a coughing, sneezing sick person and not listening to me every time I told them they were giving me the wrong medications.
