My wife took my son there this morning because he’s had a fever since Saturday night. No urgent open near us. He’s had the flu once already this year and he is showing the same symptoms he was showing last time. I took him to St. Lukes the first time he was sick and the did a flu test and came out positive. Today, guess what no flu test because he has no fever. Of course he doesn’t have a fever, I’ve been giving him Tylenol/Motrin at home. ALL THE NURSES ARE THERE TO GET YOU BETTER.
This place is a shithole. I’ve had two emergency room visits and they were utter nightmares. This time I go in with the flu-highly contagious and they discover pneumonia. I had a fever from the beginning and given...nothing for SIX HOURS. In 24 hours my blood pressure was taken TWICE. I’m a diabetic, my blood sugar was only tested 12 hours after I got there and only upon my request because I was dizzy. I was put into a gown and then left with no sheets, no blanket and in the hallway. I’m on oxygen. The portable tank ran out ... read more
