The most knowledgeable Doctors and best care possible
This is a review for their website and options to make appointments ONLINE. Many of the Mt Sinai doctors' offices use Zocdoc. Why oh why are so many medical sites impossible to use? I tried Zocdoc and kept getting error message that made NO sense. But of course, there's no one to call for help with the Zocdoc site. So then I go on general Mount Sinai site where they also give the option to make an appointment, seemingly outside of the Zocdoc system. My husband had an appointment in the oncology department and his nurse Paulette was fantastic!. She put him completely at ease and answered all of his questions.
I went to the location on Amsterdam Ave and was DISGUSTED by the level of care I received. 1. I was asked my race and when I told the guy to put human, he laughed and said he couldn’t do that. So when I told him to put Asian he laughed at me- I am technically about 30% Indian- so that means Asian right? 2.
