Where do I begin?! I was there (Silver Building 10th Floor) this week and was in so much pain! Nursing staff was horrendous. Missing giving my pain meds to yelling at me when I had tears in my eyes. The night shift was the worst. The whole experience was appalling.
Saw a procedure on TV.... the doctor was wearing nail polish without gown and gloves in the operating room. Talk about infection control issues!
Dr. Chris Kellner saved my life!

It's the best hospital I've ever visited. The staff is very friendly, caring, patient, always trying to give you the best attention, even when you speak another language. They are the best. The attention is immediate. I loved it.
