Normally an ER visit make take about 2 to 3 hours however due to new Epic system change over my mother waited for almost 30 hours no food no meds no follow up by doctors and waiting for simple test to been DONE 6 hour wait I had to leave because the stress of spending another night in this Third World ER was not happening all everyone could say was sorry it’s the new system unacceptable disgusting inexcusable and when I left there were still patients who were there at the same time as my mother still waiting for simple healt... read more
ICU and surgery staff were fantastic. Recovery floor nurses and staff were abysmal.
This place is the place to be if you are not feeling well...the doctors are well trained and courteous, the staff is professional, Dr. Joseph M. Sweeny is the MAN...best doctor in town...Thank you for everything. You are heaven sent. Regine Verrier....
I am cardiac pt. I Have no complains except the food everyone is very nice to Pt’s.Very professional I have been a Pt since 2011 when I had open heart surgery I was home in 4 days. Part I, Would not refill prescription and lied about it: I called my PCP's office for an Rx refill of a medication I've been taking for over 20 years for a chronic condition. The PCP's office said that was fine and that the Rx was sent to my online pharmacy, so I placed the mail order for the refill. My 94 year old grandmother has been in the hospital since Monday night with water in her lungs and heart failure. Yes she is being given medicine but she still doesn't have a room she's in the hallway! I'm about to contact the local news this is ridiculous!
So children with disabilities (wheel chair) don’t have access to a bathroom while they are waiting for a bed for more than 12 hours!!! Wow!!! So much for taking care of patients!!! What a horror!!!
My mom was bought here 1/19/18, she's diagnosed with pneumonia, on antibiotics, breathing machine, the works. Once they took her out of triage to emergency waiting area, it all went downhill from there. - she was choking on her phlegm, there was no water to give her.
