Slowest people ever in the ER was here 4 hours no nurse no doctor came to check on me...when I go ask how long will it be they say you have one more person in front of you the doctor will be right with you...3 hours later a nurse comes in to ask why I’m here and then her phone rings she walks away... another hour a doctor comes in and ask my name wrong patient fucking worst hospital ever...still here
The staff is great, but their billing system is the WORST. I have spent 3 months trying to get them to stop sending me delinquent bills for a fee I have already paid and have repeatedly sent them my credit card statement as requested. And yet, nothing has been done on their part and I still keep receiving these letters and now they are threatening with lawyers. Their internal billing email system is extremely archaic and does not allow them to respond to external emails so there's no efficient way for them to interact with u... read more
I came in for Lower back pain. Staff in triage was wonderful. When I was kept for observation on the 5th floor. The staff was different. Very rude and not welcoming. I was given pain meds that didn't work and was noted by triage that it didn't work. I been complaining about nausea and dizziness and nothing was done until I threw up. Once I threw up. My vomit sat on the floor for 3/4 hours. All they did was put a cover over it and that's it. No house keeping nothing! I woke up from a nap to see that I never got lunch. And my ... read more

Doctors are too pushy about surgery and didn’t tell you the truth about side effect of peg (feeding tube) cause a very bad acid reflux and nausea.. I had five surgeries at my. Sinai in two months which too much... don’t listen to some specific doctors said it is not comfortable and said it is nothing to worry to take tests which it means pain. But dr. shiva ( neurologist/ surgeon) is best than all (GI doctors) and another doctors are lousy. no offense., and they put you in a collection agency fast..they are very joke.. want ... read more
I came to your facility with a nosebleed upon the insistence of my supervisor, instead of going to my neighborhood hospital for service. The quality of service left a lot to be desired and it was a total disgrace to charge well over $1,000 for a 20 second chat with the emergency room physician leaving me with a $100 out-of-pocket expense. All he did was look up my nose and apologized for not having the proper equipment to properly treat me. I will never voluntarily come to this facility ever again as you are just living off ... read more
I find this organization very lax about communication. When I call their phone numbers I reach an answering service. Although the service says they forward the calls to the doctors - it doesn't seem those messages are actually received. I don't expect a call from the doctor him or herself. But I also have never gotten responses from any assistants nor even an email acknowledging that my message was received - much less any answers to my questions. I send emails and also get no response. Seems you just have to wait to be bles... read more
Dr. Reade De Leacy is far and away the best doctor I have ever met. Always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment. I count myself truly lucky to have found him. Thank you!
