Horrible smoke in there .. worse than any bar left after 1/2 hour... nice casino otherwise
Tooooo much cigarette smoking ! But it's allowed so.... it is what it is Drinks were too expensive $10.50 for a grey goose and orange ? 🙄 Parking is horrific going in and leaving We ate upstairs 16th floor Meal was ok... Live Entertainment in the bar area was 7/10 ...maybe Rooms weren't the best for what they were charging
We always stay and play at this casino/hotel. The only problem i have is that the walls are paper thin. We were just there today and i heard an entire conversation as i was in the restroom. But other than that, very pleasurable stay.
The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Even when an issue occurred the staff handled the situation right away and made good of the issue. So all in all a wonderful hotel.

We are staying at the hotel tonight. To start off, at 4pm was their normal checkin. We arrived 15 minutes early and there were no rooms clean. We then waited in the lobby for over an hour and were told they’d call us when a room became available. About 5, we approached the checkin counter again explaining that we had reservations and a show to catch all beginning at 5:30.
