Every time we stay there we get a nasty room...we finally said no more!!! Plus they have the machines so tight you never see winners there no more!!! #nomoremotorcity
Took my family to the buffet for a nice Easter breakfast and have never been treated so rudely or disrespectfully as we were by the server. She had her name tag flipped inside her apron so you could not see her name. She literally rolled her eyes when we asked for drink refills, slammed dishes into the tub, the only words she spoke was “you want something to drink?” when we sat down. The gentleman seating people was not nice or personable either. We will NEVER come back. The people at MGM don’t act so classless. Disgusting.
Service at the bar was slow and it was a Thursday not even busy!
Room is great. Just had the worst service and food ever at the Lodge restaurant. I think our waiter was Jason. We were completely ignored for 20 minutes and were ready to leave.
I was a little disappointed in Seafood night. the crab legs were extremely salty.... the service was great overall all
Stayed there over St.Patricks day weekend, we had a blast !
It took 3 hours to get 1-25 dollar Little Caesar’s pizza...after 3 calls ranging between 8pm and 11pm.. they delivered to the wrong room and after they finally got it right they still expected us to pay for it. Glad we got it off our bill after complaining 2 more times... good chance we won’t go there again.. lack of things to do besides be in the casino..
Motor City Casino offer us a free night stay. It couldn't had come at a better time. We been to 3 funeral in the past 3 weeks, 2 family members and 1 good friend. We got to the hotel early before check in time and to ours surprise the front desk check us into our room immediately. The room was very clean, warm and inviting. All the staff was friendly.
