Good room. Great bathroom with comfortable shower for two. Bad experience with some deli food but don’t let turn you off from the hotel and the casino. Will consider this location for another visit.
The room was clean and very nice. But, the hotel overall was very Smokey. Better ventilation would have made the trip so much better.
1st stay at this resort. We came for the concert and wanted to stay on site. The amenities were amazing; bath robes, slippers, Starbucks coffee, water, breakfast & hors d'oeuvres all included in our stay. Loved the "pillow catalog" to order extra pillows for the night. All staff was welcoming, even when walking around. (Only unfriendly staff was the uppity ones in the gift shop. They talked amongst themselves and was offsetting when you asked a question). Despite the Illitch family having roots in the city, Motor City Casino is anything but accommodating....especially to groups. I understand that in the past there have been incidents with party bus crowds, but to deny the ability for so much as a quick pick up and drop off closer than ON GRAND RIVER, to ANY party bus is ridiculously ABSURD!!!! Will recommend to any and ALL Groups to go to the other 2 wonderful casino’s vs Motor city
Hotel was great but Iridescence was extremely disappointing.

Extremely unhappy that we were left stranded by the shuttle outside after the wings game last night. Freezing temps for about an hour. And a young child was in our group. No place on their webpage to address this so I figure something more public is appropriate. I learned that this business is not reliable.
This casino sucks. No one is hitting and I feel like this place just takes my money. I get no Freeplay or other offers. I have family who lives out of town and been here two or three times and they get more offers than I do here at Motor City casino. This place sucks!
The live band was great and the place was super clean .. Food was good too. The only thing that was off putting, there were too many thugs .
